Custom Processing

Salchert Meats provides custom processing for beef and pork. We are a state inspected facility. We continuously strive to improve the factors that enhance the quality of your meat protein. We achieve this by dry aging your beef and by the attention to detail during our

cutting and wrapping techniques.

 

 

 

 

Slaughtering Schedule

Deliver animals between Sunday after 4 pm and Monday morning before 6 am. All slaughtering must be

pre-scheduled as space is limited.
