Tenderloin is the most tender steak offered. It is even better as a roast. You can stuff it or just season and tie it so it cooks evenly throughout. We can season and tie it for you at no extra charge to you. Having a larger group you can even season and tie two tenderloins together. The whole tenderloins run on average 3-5 lbs.
